Continued Operational Safety Monitoring of a
Light Sport Aircraft, each Owner/Operator of a
LSA is responsible for:
- Providing the manufacturer with current
contact information where the manufacturer may
send the Owner/Operator supplemental
notification bulletins.
- Notifying the manufacturer of any safety of flight issue or significant service difficulty upon discovery.

A Safety of Flight Report should be filled out and sent to Flight Design USA for any issues arising during the operation of your aircraft.
A Service Difficulty Report should be filled out and sent and sent to Flight Design USA for and issues discovered during the servicing of your aircraft.
